WORK PREPAREDNESS-JOB SKILL TRAINING

The Leaf, Loaf & Ladle ‘Work Preparedness-Job Skill Training Program’ is designed to teach fundamental employment tools utilizing the kitchen environment. It is a food-service based training program that combines hands-on commercial kitchen training with individual case management and job placement services. The program works with trainees individually, moving them towards successful reentry into the community and employment as a step towards financial independence for themselves and their families.
